Welcome to my gallery of classic comic covers. I've been collecting comic books for over 25 years and made this web site to share some of my favorite covers. All of the covers, with a very few exceptions, are (or were) from my personal collection. Have a question or a comment? E-mail me, my name's Ben.

Comment comment

Sheesh! I can’t believe it’s been a month since I posted anything new. I’m thinking of eliminating the comment option on blog posts, since virtually no one has commented on anything. Except for thousands of spam links for pr0n, drugs, and scams of all kinds… which I deftly intercept and automatically delete with a handy anti-spam routine I set up.

But anyway… if I don’t get some legitimate comments soon, I’m going to remove the option.

Yet Another Comic Con update

I just want to share Matt Stock’s nice collection of sexy costume girl photos:

A funny send-up of Comic Con from our friends at Cracked:

San Diego Comic Con 2009 update

I just want to share a couple photos from the convention. Here is a picture of me with famous punk/metal rocker Glenn Danzig, from The Misfits, Samhain, and his eponymous band Danzig:

Ben Samuels with Glenn Danzig

And here is a beautiful Japanese girl in costume:

Japanese Lolita

I also ran into Pierre Bernard from the “Recliner of Rage” segments on Conan O’Brien. We were at the Bongo Comics booth; Pierre seemed comfortable and furious.

San Diego Comic Con 2009

I’m back from the Convention, had a good time. Way too much movie/tv/toy/game stuff though, it would be nice if they could actually focus on comic books more. Or at least not put the “artists’ alley” and comic book dealers area on opposite ends of the exhibit hall. Pushing through the hordes of movie/tv/toy/game fans several times a day to get comic books signed by artists is NOT fun! Any intersection near the G4 booth was virtually impenetrable. The best part of the show: cute girls in sexy costumes.

San Diego Comic Con

I’ll be heading to the San Diego Comic Con in a few days… I am a CGC Signature Series witness, so if anyone attending would like me to witness for them, I’m available. Or if you just want to meet up and say “hi”, that’s cool too. Anyone interested can text or call my cell phone: 469-236-xxxx
