Welcome to my gallery of classic comic covers. I've been collecting comic books for over 25 years and made this web site to share some of my favorite covers. All of the covers, with a very few exceptions, are (or were) from my personal collection. Have a question or a comment? E-mail me, my name's Ben.

Comic Parts Page Updated

After many, many, many months of neglect, I’ve finally updated the Comic Parts Page with several new requests. If you have incomplete comics, please check it out.

Love Tales #44

Published January 1951, by Zenith Publications (Marvel/Atlas Comics, by any other name). I love this comic for the fist-fight cover. Ahh, romance! I can’t identify any of the contributing artists. I can say, however, that the numbering for this series was continued from the cancelled Human Torch Comics! A great Timely “pedigree,” if you will. And an obscure comic, to be sure; I’ve never seen another copy.

Love Tales #44

Firefox 2

I just fixed some problems on the home page HTML code that affected display with the Firefox browser version 2. Thanks to Mark Hall who alerted me of the problem. Not sure why Firefox 2 was doing what it did, but my site should look OK with all web browsers now. Please let me know if you see something that doesn’t look right!

Looking for…

I’m seeking an affordable mid-grade copy of Spellbound #2. If you have one, please e-mail me. Thanks!

Millie the Model #31

Millie the Model #31

“Archie”-style teenage humor, cover and interiors by Stan Lee and Dan DeCarlo. Notice the cover gag is almost exactly the same as Millie #27. Hey, if it worked once….
