Bobby Benson's B-Bar-B Riders 14, 1952

Bondage! Decapitated heads! An evil hunchback! Sewn together eyelids! And a little boy swinging to the rescue!??

This is a very weird cover, some kind of obviously misguided horror/western concept. The lead story inside is just like the cover, with graphic decapitations a-plenty! Just the thing for kids like little Bobby Benson - NOT. Another story shows an Indian getting an arrow through the chest, and there's also a story with the mysterious Ghost Rider. Definitely a weird cover for a weird comic!

I'm not sure who drew this cover, but all stories inside are by Dick Ayers, who is probably best know for inking many pages of Jack Kirby pencils for Marvel Comics during the Silver Age.
