Published by Harvey (of Casper the Friendly Ghost fame.) Art by Lee Elias. It's hard to imagine anything less appetizing than kissing a zombie. This comic actually has a story similar to the cover in which a mad scientist brings his dead girlfriend back to life with the aid of a cadaver's heart. Unfortunately once the dead girlfriend is revived she spurns the scientist in favor of the zombie her new heart came from. How's that for gratitude - women are so fickle!
