Crime SuspenStories 19, 1953

In addition to technically superb artwork by the great Al Feldstein, I like this cover for it's interesting underwater point of view. The almost-victims eye view really gives the feeling that you're underwater, unable to breath and helplessly struggling against a faceless attacker. Scary stuff!
