A captive large breasted woman? Check. An evil guy in a goofy devil suit? Check! Put them all together with artwork by L.B. Cole and you've got yourself a great comic cover! Actually this is (in my opinion) one of Cole's best covers from his run of Terrifying Tales/Terrors of the Jungle.
