This comic is published by Ziff-Davis, who published comics back in the day but who are now more well known for their line of computer magazines and ZDnet websites.
This is truely a classic painted good girl art cover, complete with headlights, a robot and a bug-eyed monster (BEM).
The previous owner of this comic had written on the back of the bag, "All comics should be this good." With interior art and stories that are a cut above, I couldn't agree more - and it even has a story to go with the scene on the cover!
