Published by Columbia but marked on the cover as "A Double-Action Magazine", this is not a comic book - it a pulp; pulp fiction. I think it's issue #1 of this series.
I'm not much of a pulp collector, but the cover was irresistible for me. Great artwork by an artist named Milton Luros, and of course I appreciate the "genius-BREASTS" - err, I mean BEASTS. Heh.
In addition to the great cover there are a couple really nice interior illustrations by top pulp artist Virgil Finlay.
