This comic was published by Prize Comics, and is an early romance comic series. It contains artwork by Ann Brewster, and several other artists drawing in the Simon & Kirby style. There is no connection between this series and the later long-running series of the same name published by DC Comics.

I think the girl on the cover is very beautiful, but the tagline "TOO MANY BOY-FRIENDS" promises a torrid, tawdry tale.
