HOSTING
The basic $300  Orthodontic Template Setup does not include hosting. Unless other arrangements are made for hosting, an initial 6 months of hosting will be a necessary element of your website and will be added to your bill. Additional hosting after the initial 6 months costs $30/month billed semi-annually. ($180 per 6 months).

NOTE: Web Template Setup service and Website Hosting service can be separated. For example, if you already have a hosting account with, say communitech.net, I can set up your Orthodontic Web Template on their servers for only $300.

Conversely, for $30/month you can order SamuelsDesign hosting only. This option is good if you have the skill and time to customize your Orthodontic Web Template graphics, code and text yourself. If this is the case I will configure the site with only existing graphics. You will receive your own user ID and password for FTP or FrontPage access. From there you take over all editing and customization for your Orthodontic Web Template.
