 		Web Template Setup service
Your Orthodontic Web Template comes with generic photos, text and logos that need to be customized to reflect your practice.

SamuelsDesign Web Template Setup service includes domain name registration for 2 years, photo scanning, text data entry and web server setup. The cost is only $300 plus $180 for 6 months of server hosting. (Continued hosting is $30/month billed semi-annually.)

"So What Do I Have To Do To Get Started," You Ask?

STEP 1.
Fill out the Signup Form. Choose the Template design you want to use, and decide what custom Domain Name you want, for example www.doctorsmith.com
 

STEP 2.
Send in your logo, graphics and photos. I'll scan them and place them in your website. If your materials are in a digital format you can email them to me. My postal address is:
