SamuelsDesign.com is not responsible for the marketing or promotion of websites.

You can replace any existing graphic with one of your choosing. Adding new pages or graphics to a Template website will incur additional fees.

Any changes or updates after the initial website setup and configuration* will incur additional fees.

SamuelsDesign.com will complete the initial website setup and configuration* within 14 days of receipt of materials (graphics, photos, text, etc.) from the client.

A $100 deposit is due before website development will begin with the remaining amount being billed upon completion of the initial website setup and configuration.

Hosting service will be billed semi-annually and will continue until written notice to discontinue is received by SamuelsDesign.com. SamuelsDesign.com reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and cost of this agreement at the renewal date (six months from date of signing) and shall notify the customer of any and all changes prior to renewal.

*Initial website setup and configuration is defined as, at least, an Orthodontic template website with a custom domain, customized with logo, photo, brief bio, map, location and contact info.
